Growth Leadership Consulting SRL is committed to protecting the personal data provided by the people it collaborates with.
To ensure that your personal data is safe, we regularly communicate the personal data protection policy as well as the work instructions related to this aspect to all clients of Growth Leadership Consulting SRL and follow the strict application of the protection measures of private life within the organization.
This personal data protection policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use and transfer of data communicated directly or indirectly to our organization, and how we use personal data for the purpose of providing the services.

2. Personal Information Collected
Growth Leadership Consulting SRL offers commercial and management consulting services, and for this purpose it collects and processes personal data received either directly, from the data subject, or indirectly, from legal entity clients who, based on a commercial contract, request Growth's services Leadership Consulting SRL. We specify that these clients, legal entities, present an appropriate level of personal data protection, confirmed by written agreements concluded with our organization.
Personal data are collected/processed/stored in a controlled manner, through technical and organizational measures implemented by Growth Leadership Consulting SRL.
Growth Leadership Consulting SRL. processes personal data in a manner compatible with the requirements of EU Directive 95/46 and with those of Regulation 679/2016.
Growth Leadership Consulting SRL collects/processes/stores only the necessary and relevant data for the provision of services, according to the contract concluded with clients, natural or legal persons.
The data collected and processed by us include personal data, such as: name, surname, contact data, e-mail, telephone, age, position.
The legal basis for processing the mentioned data, by Growth Leadership Consulting SRL, is, as the case may be, the fulfillment of contractual obligations, legitimate interest or consent.
To ensure compliance with Regulation 679/2016 Growth Leadership Consulting SRL. reviews the impact assessment, periodically, at intervals of no more than 3 years.
3. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Growth Leadership Consulting SRL, for the purpose of providing services, may communicate your personal data to its partners that ensure a similar level of personal data protection, to that presented in this Personal Data Protection Policy, based on signed agreements with these.

Growth Leadership Consulting SRL can use the personal data collected for the provision of services (commercial consulting, management consulting, data updating, responses to requests, telephone contacts, commercial communications);

The information received by Growth Leadership Consulting SRL from our clients, including contact data, is collected, kept and used at the necessary level of protection.

If Growth Leadership Consulting SRL. refuses a request from you, for example on the basis of the right of access, we will provide you with an explanation of this decision, which you in turn have the right to legally challenge.
Growth Leadership Consulting SRL transfers your personal information to third parties, in compliance with the written agreements concluded with them.
If at any time we decide to use your personal data in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will do so publicly, notify you and give you a choice as to whether or not we can use your information . in this different way.
If Growth Leadership Consulting SRL is obliged by a normative act (law, ordinance) or court decision, as well as by administrative acts issued by competent authorities (statute, regulation, decision) to communicate personal data, compliance will be fulfilled without the information or consent of the person concerned.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure fair use of data, we implement reasonable and appropriate physical, IT and organizational security measures to effectively protect all personal data we collect/store/process.

The duration of storage/processing of personal data is 10 years.
